Skylark Hospitality is recruiting on behalf of our client, A global leader in telecommunications, media, and international services. We are hiring a highly motivated Administrator (Italian & English speaker) to join a task force for a new start-up operation in Alba, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to local and regional teams
Manage documents, records, and translations (Italian ↔ English)
Support HR and recruitment processes (contracts, onboarding, staff records)
Assist with customer queries and communications in Italian and English
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain databases
Coordinate travel, meetings, and schedules for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Immediate availability is required
Previous administrative or office support experience is an advantage
