Skylark Hospitality is recruiting on behalf of our client, A global leader in telecommunications, media, and international services. We are hiring a highly motivated Administrator (Italian & English speaker) to join a task force for a new start-up operation in Alba, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to local and regional teams

  • Manage documents, records, and translations (Italian ↔ English)

  • Support HR and recruitment processes (contracts, onboarding, staff records)

  • Assist with customer queries and communications in Italian and English

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain databases

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and schedules for management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

  • Immediate availability is required

  • Previous administrative or office support experience is an advantage
